From the South :-
Proceed along the Pacific Highway through Coffs Harbour until you pass under the blue Railway bridge – it looks like a miniature Sydney Harbour bridge
Take the next turn right into Park Beach Road and go to the end (about 2 kms)
Turn right into Ocean Parade and travel  500 metres – the Tahitian is on the right, on the Corner of Vincent Street.

From the North:-
As you come to into Coffs Harbour, take the exit to the left which says “to Park Beach”, you will pass the Plaza, and continue to the end, turn right into Ocean Parade and proceed about 2 kms, we are on the right.

We want you to have a stress free, happy holiday, we want you to tell your friends about us and also to come back, so anything we can do to make that happen, is likely to be done. We are very relaxed and don’t have a lot of rules, and our emphasis is on friendly service.

We will help you with directions, suggestions, and advice if you ask for it, we will guide you to the best tourist attractions and the places to avoid.

We are across the road from the beautiful Park Beach, you can hear it when you go to sleep at night, and smell the sea when you wake up in the morning, the patrolled section is about 200 metres from us, and we are the closest Apartments to the Surf Club. We have the Park Beach bowling Club 200 metres across the road and a mini mart/ Service Station on the opposite corner, there are several restaurants close by, and the Jetty Village is only 5 minutes, this is a street of alfresco dining.

Park Beach Plaza, the main shopping centre is 5 minutes away, so is the Jetty and Harbour, all within walking distance, the Pet Porpoise Pool is at the end of the street.

Each apartment is privately owned in the Strata titled complex, and decorated to the owners taste.
They all form part of the rental pool and have similar facilities and inclusions.
We have 1 X 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor and 2 X 1 bedroom apartments, one with limited disabled facilities.

2 bedroom Apartments – Inclusions

Main bedroom
Queen bed with electric blanket, bedside tables, built in Wardrobes with hanging and shelf space
Mirrors, reading lamps, coathangers, chairs, spare blankets and pillows, bedspread or Doona with cushions. Ceiling fans. Some units have 2nd TV .
All linen is supplied and changed as required.
2nd Bedroom
2 X single beds, built in wardrobes (shelf and hanging), bedside tables, reading lamps,  coathangers, chair, spare blankets and pillows, bedspread  or Doonas and ceiling fans.
Living Room
Comfortable lounge and chairs, dining suite with 4 chairs, TV, fitted with Austar (Cable TV) DVD player and CD Player, Air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, coffee table, overhead lighting and wall lamps, large glass doors opening on to the private balcony.
Balcony
Outdoor table and 4 chairs – Ashtray for smokers (smoking is not permitted in any of the Apartments)
Kitchen
Oven and hot plates, full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Kettle, toaster, large electric Frypan, saucepans, crockery, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, cooking utensils, washing up supplies, teatowel, scourer, ample cupboard space.
Utility
Each apartment has an iron, ironing board, broom, mop, bucket, dustpan and broom and clothes airer.
Bathroom
Shower with screen, toilet, vanity unit and supplied with Shampoo, Soap, body Lotion, towels, washers, and hand towel.

Single bedroom Apartments - Inclusions

Single bedroom apartments have similar inclusions, but have a queen bed only, and a sofa bed in the living room, they do not have dishwashers.

The Tahitian comprises 20 self contained apartments on 3 levels, situated on the corner of  Vincent Street and Ocean parade and across the road from the patrolled area of Park Beach.

The Property has been designed to catch the sun in each apartment and to  capture the breeze, as they  all face North and East. Each apartment has its own private balcony, with views either to the pool grounds, the Park around the beach or the mountains to the west.

We have  15  X 2 bedroom apartments and 5 X  1 bedrooms. The building is constructed from Double brick, and has total privacy from the street, with a high brick fence, we have a  sparkling 12 metre pool, a children’s wading pool, a hot spa and a 6 person Viking Sauna, the is a large undercover barbecue area with 2 barbecues, fridge and freezer and ample seating and tables. The pool area has sun lounges and benches and lovely gardens and lawns. We have a fully equipped laundry on the ground floor with private drying space,  and extra toilets and showers in the pool area.

Each unit has an undercover parking space and the building is secured and locked each night in each of the 2 stairwells. Guests are encouraged to lock the doors behind them if arriving home late.
Security cameras patrol the entire grounds.
